Yes mam mil jaayegi, ya fir aap pahle se baat karke jammu railway station bula sakte hain taxi Wale ko ya fir station k bahar bhi mil jaayengi. But bargaining must h ku ki vo log 2-3 times jyada paise demand karte hain. So be carefull
