No Governance is perfect but this regime is really doing an amazing job

and the drilling isnt to crush rock but create holes for dynamites to be inserted...the dug out is been down so there would be a round about at the top just like dworwulu underspass

Leave your shutter speed at 1/100th of a second to eliminate the flickering

Thanks for showing concern 👍🏽 But Flickering isn’t as a result of my camera settings. My fan was on while shooting. The supposed flicker is from the shadow of the fans movement

@NanaYawObeng_ yes oo.... this fan issue I've also been experiencing it from time to time... so I usually light myself differently and turn off the light that's close to the fan... all the same ... you're doing a very good job getting access to these places and giving us updates all the time. I do use these roads as I travel a lot. It's amazing seeing different perspectives on these projects.

so are they going to fill it up? I m lost with their plan
@NanaYawObeng_3 ай бұрын
No, the inner lane will be within the dugout area and the outer lane on top at the extreme ends
@1416edward3 ай бұрын
@@NanaYawObeng_ That's a wild design. Drainage constraints will be an uneccessary hurdle to tack plus concrete bollards for the outer lanes
@NanaYawObeng_3 ай бұрын
@1416edward I’m pretty sure the design is engineered to mitigate these situations and occurrences

I am thinking the plan is to do this because when constructing roads, you to start from below with layers to be built on each other. But it looks like the sub levels below here are all very very rocky hence the need to deal with that rock part before they'll be able to start the proper arrangement of layers to have a good surface at the end of the day.
