Well done for actually reporting rather than just repeating. Imagine the sea defences being covered in shit? Jamestown is the historic part of Accra and it is FILTHY and decrepit. Perhaps the chiefs can clean up their town and their people. Visitors are coming. Where is the modern visitors centre? Why does Accra always have to be told basic things?

Yaw - Thanks for sharing this video with us. Since you asked for comments, I would like to add a few that would help you improve your presentations. When you mix good news with bad news, how people perceive the overall message can vary depending on several factors, including the order in which the news is presented and the emotional weight of each part. Here are some expected outcomes: 1. Order of Delivery Matters: - Good News First: Starting with good news can soften the impact of the following bad news. However, the overall takeaway may end on a negative note. - Bad News First: Starting with the bad news allows you to end positively, leaving the person with a more optimistic final impression. 2. Emotional Impact: - Primacy vs. Recency Effect: People tend to remember a message's first (primacy effect) and last (recency effect) parts more powerfully. Ending with good news often helps leave a more positive, lasting impression. 3. Balancing Expectations: - Mitigation: Mixing the two can help cushion the blow of bad news, especially if the good news offers a potential solution or improvement to the problem. For example, "Although we're facing a budget cut, we're also getting new funding from a different source." Mixed Emotions: This can create emotional conflict, with the listener unsure of how to feel, leading to ambivalence or confusion about the situation. 4. Managing Reactions: - Clarity and Focus: If the bad news is significantly worse than the good news, the latter might feel overshadowed. Being clear about which part requires more attention can help manage reactions. When mixing good and bad news, it’s essential to consider the emotional tone and the message you want to leave the recipient with. Your introduction was bad news, and your ending was bad news. I hope you take this criticism in good fate. I'm only helping.

They can use anti - rust paints to beautify the rusty metals . As for the open defecation I heard the regional minister cautioning them even before the opening of the fishing harbour
@jotee5210 сағат бұрын
I thinking the rust on the iron not surprising because the salt water and iron will certainly cause corrosion so as for the choice of iron … I can’t think far… as for the shameful insane acts of open defecation , it’s politically motivated just to desecrate the good work of government ….. that’s the black man philosophy

It's ndc boys who scratched the metal and made it rasty and also defecated on the rocks to tarnish the image of the fishing harbor.

Nicely covered, but my problem is the street lights. Looks like some of the poles do not properly align. I have a very critical eye when it comes to perfection, i wish the engineers will check it over.

They must make a law to make all homes have toilet... You build a house and no toilet...? The municipal assembly must come up with a bylaw that ensures that every landlord builds a toilet in the house... They should not build any community toilets... Every home must build one...

Why do we give management of street lights on our roads to the MMDA's.These MMDA's are not in a position to carry out maintenance of lights on the roads, they're already saddled with debts and other commitments. This job should be outsourced to a competent entity who will have its funding direct from the street lights levied from our light bills. Failure by that entity to ensure effective maintenance can easily be sanctioned or the contract abrogated.

the contrast in color of the asphalt is because of the shorter transitions from dust road to tarmac... dusty tyres of vehicles gets lodged onto it.. whereas from pokuasi the asphalt has pretty much been done...

The maintenance of our street lights must be outsourced to a private entity and deductions on the bills hedged to the entity. The District Assemblies do not have the capacity to do that I still don't get it that the provider of power collects the money, then gives it to the MMDAS to pay back to the provider to settle the energy consumed by the lights ,what kind management gymnastics is that.

Solar street lights are not bright enough to ensure safety. No serious country installs them on major roads. Besides, in Ghana, the batteries are often stolen, making the whole exercise useless.

Lightening systems in pokuase interchange are all not working. I mean nothing about Ghana in encouraging. Things just don't work. It's strange the kind of human beings are in that country. No wonder we are tagged, a third world country. And not just a third world country but also a third world human being. Very sad. Nothing works in that country,so sad. The leaders just doesn't have the brain to run the country and the people follow them and vote them to power as zombies, without considering a third option. How come third world people can't simply consider a third option, that's also strange to me. Dirty environment, dusty streets, choked gutters, unlighted streets etc 😭😭😭😭 I'm so angry with this fucking country.
