So the brutus is maintenance free ,being I caught a 19.5 lb Buffalo Saturday I would think not .I have 3 for carp fishing and they handle the big carp fish just fine 3 yrs now

do you have a dissasembly on the mega jaw elite... my flip switch pop out i dont know how to put it back lolol.

In have spent 4 day and understand how to disassemble and put it back together. But, when finished it spins nice but it does not stop so the drag can work. I need help. Is the caused by where I put in the spring?

Ryan, I have a Sharky II size 1500 reel, where the drag/s in the spool doesn't have a retaining split ring. How do I service the drags on these reels ? Also the spool moves up & down with drag done up & has done so since new. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also on a bait caster how would you recommend how to reduce the drag efficiency so i can use ultra light line [ I'm not using it for casting ].

Wd40 is NOT a lubricant. It's A water displacement . Hence the WD in the name.

This is very uninformative. The most basic of maintenance, no real disassembly or showing how to properly access and grease a gearbox and internal bearings….
