Thank you Maam for the lovely tips for storing and using methi leaves. It was really very useful. Also the curry leaves thokku is so delicious and a wonderful taste enhancer so much better option than pickle. You are like an elder sister to us explaining everything so patiently and telling us so many preparations which are nutritious and good for health. Very very useful video.

Generally we use fresh methi to make parathas Sudha. However you can just add it to the dough for flavour

Add more oil about 1/2 inch above thokku layer and it will stay good for months in the fridge

You can store for two months in fridge. If keeping outside please see there is oil an inch above the thokku layer
