There is a *VERY* special version of 'We Are" that they made for the episode 1088 and it made people cry. Also One Piece HAS never changed studios, Toei has always animated One Piece but the reasonh why Wano and the current arc has had that top A1 animation is because they hired a lot of animator heavy hitters like Henry Thurlow, Vincent Chansard and the legendary Megumi Ishitani.

I love Kat's headshakes at the fanservice. Fun fact: Oda can be an immensely immature horndog at times (especially when he interacts with his fans in his Q&A ('SBS') section at their own rather immature levels), but he's pretty tame about the sexuality overall. It's the animators who tend to really increase the sizes and shininess and jiggly nature of all the body parts to the point where even the fans roll our eyes.

Almost every crew member is set up as a surprise so just seeing them in the openings are already several spoilers some of the spoilers will be super intense and you won't realize it till you get to it but you will know they're coming it will spoil it that being said, I don't think it'll ruin your experience but it will spoil a lot of surprises that come up. Even a lot of people watching the show The First Time skip the openings until they're caught up!

I don't know how you don't see this but its very clear that female characters in one piece are subject to not only more fan service but fan service that is wayyy more explicit and objectifying than their male counterparts Zoro lifting weights while shirtless, or comedically spraying sanji with a water gun while wearing swim shorts is NOT the same as Nami getting walked in on while she's taking a shower or a still shot of nami and robin in bikinis posed up in a way that puts focus on their bodys. i'm not saying that every single time a woman is shown in a bikini its for the sole purpose of fan service. But you should be able to read between the lines. Oda himself is a self admitted pervert and the anime only exaggerates the perverted parts of one piece. (personally, i couldn't care less about how oda decides to depict the characters, but you have to understand why some people are going to find this aspect of one piece alienating. because it's both perfectly reasonable and understandable.)

The comment section is disappointing, they are nice reactors and the girl only said facts that are real. 1)Seriously it's true that the fan service for sexualizing girls is over the top in one piece. It's supposed to be a shounen not a harem anime but i still like it because there's no romance so it's understandable. 2)Her commenting about the old animation being better i feel the same too. In recent arcs the fight scenes goes too fast and us reactors don't even get what's happening. It's supposed to show that characters have another power up. But i find it still disappointing. I prefer hunter x hunter for that because the narrator tells us the timeline of the attack to show how fast it goes but one piece doesn't do that so they have to change the animation. Old animation in the 90's is still better than nowadays animation. That's facts.

1) yeah toei animation specifically enhance a LOT of fan service scenes to way more hornballed unlike the manga. But STOP calling it sexualization, the women are sexy, it's just that, being in bikini's for example isn't sexualizing anyone, have ice cream for example drip down their chest or something in bikini THAT is sexualizing. People too loosely use the word. Becuz if just being in attractive clothing that isn't like a string bikini or something is considered sexualizing then there are WAY more dudes sexualized in one piece. 2) it's an opening so of course the scenes fly by faster so it's not a very accurate opinion here till they actually get there. The fights haven't gotten harder to understand at all, of course depending on the animator it could be, but these same animators most of them also did animations in pre-timeskip one piece. Reactors definitely know what's going on, of course if they have 0 context they wouldn't know whats going on regardless of animation.
