I'd say it's Tsukiko's song as well considering the lyric that says: "I'll never forget how beautiful that was" "When I think back on that chance meeting" "Chasing after the time dyed in white" and the visuals in the OP that were shown when that plays.

@@user-sq6hn8yk6p Realized that after translating the lyrics but couldn't be bothered to edit my comment. It was hearing the latter half of the song that made me think the POV was him recollecting in the mountains ultimately this song is about what's keeping Senya "warm".
