Don't care. Nick did nothing wrong here. Katchii was not taking the instruction seriously. The way she ran out on the ice with the red thing made MY heart drop, I can't imagine how Nick felt. Yall have to remember that Nick knows Kat's mom, and probably promised her he would keep her safe while she's in the states. Skating can go wrong quick. She's not content, she's a friend. Not worth the clip to see her injured. Any of you would and should do the same for a friend irl. (His instructions could have been better tho ngl).

Bro she didn't even know how skating worked. A simple how to ice skate 101 video would have helped her at least have an idea. And if he was scared of her falling he should carry a helmet and maybe a face shield for women. And elbow + wrist + knee pads. Then you can pretty much feel a lot better about your over eager yet physically incompetent trainee.

From somebody who has been skating from years, Nick probably has the same PTSD of seeing people first hand fall backwards or forwards and smacking their skull against the ice or hitting their nose. A lot of people instinctively try to sit when theyre falling but then you risk breaking your tailbone which is even more painful than the other two. If somebody is THIS bad to the point where they can barely go a few feet forward, make sure they have decent padding or thick pants or ANYTHING but leggings. She is wearing leggings, if she fell on her tailbone it would be basically straight contact with the ice and its GGs

Indeed, what are people on about. Nick was the failure here more than any, absolute shit teacher. There is basically nothing dangerous about ice, I come from The Netherlands, we never wear any safety gear. He put the wrong skates on her too, he should have given figure skates. She should have walked on the ice first to get a feel. He never helped her holding her arm, the consent lawyer he is. The vid misses the part where she seriously asks Nick multiple times to show how to step and move on ice, and he fails to comprihend. Everybody praising him here for a terrible session, and hating a woman for winging it a bit who never saw ice in here life. At the end she did ok btw and understand the basics, no thanks to Nick at all. 😕

Here in The Netherlands we don't wear any protection, ice is not dangerous at all, unless you make it a ice hockey event. He puts her on the wrong skates, should have been figure skates. If she had taken one 1 hour course, by a real teacher, not this over protective simp, it would have been all ok.
