This was my lab song. I was working alone in a dark and cold lab until midnight while working on my thesis. It was winter and snowy everywhere. I was listening to this out loud, it was creepy. Had a friend introduce me to Kat Dahlia’s music about a week ago. This was the first track I heard and it is by far my favourite. Loved the feel and the voice work she does, really interesting and different for me. Once I learned the lyrics I realised how sexy it was and that only added to it for me. She hasn't changed, she stays true to herself, has an amazing/unique voice I would die for, and very talented. By the way her album is on point!! To me this song is about losing virginity. She says her "garden" is "untouched of sin." But there is temptation to to lose it. This song is both beautiful and powerful. My interpretation of it is that it's a metaphorical style lyrics, referring to virginity loss.
