Kate is a Muay Thai fighter and co-owner of Eight Limbs Academy in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She holds many titles and represented USA at the IFMA Tournament in Minsk, Belarus in 2017. Kate talks to us about how Muay Thai changed her life and what it is like transitioning from fighter to coach.
