In my opinion, one of three things is going on: 1) She's more ill than we think and that's why she can't even be seen. 2) She wants out of the marriage and she's not doing a single royal engagement until she has everything she wants in writing. 3) They're liking the attention and they're just milking it for all it's worth There is absolutely no reason why she can't do a simple wave from the car or take a new updated selfie - dated April 2024 - with the kids. If that is not possible, then I can only resort to one of the three reasons above. Having just gone through my own cancer battle with chemo and radiation, I didn't feel the best everyday, but when I was feeling well, I wanted to get out and about even for a few minutes. The fact that I had my family there and them doing things for me made it easy to get out. Kate supposedly have staff, to take a new pic of Lou shouldn't have even been an issue. Have staff set the shot up, Kate push the button. UNLESS THERE REALLY IS A REASON SHE CAN'T PUSH A BUTTON. Look at this another way. On December 28th, something happened. We don't know what but it was bad enough for Kate to grab Charlotte and Louie and run. Perhaps Kate realized she'd become redundant and had a plan in place. The cancer story is a smokescreen from William, Charles and Camilla. I think Thomas Kingston was part of Kate's plan and he was k*lled for it. From the 28th on, Kate and two children have been in hiding. She didn't take George because he's a future king.
