Ok this is my theory. That ambulance, Kate was in there ok. Because William got rose pregnant, Kate found out and accused him. Either William hurt her, or Kate had a mini stroke. Now kate recovered from either that stroke or getting punched by William, now she’s hiding somewhere I think a mental hospital with her kids. That’s why we haven’t seen them either. My guess is that William wants a divorce so he can marry Rose Hanbury. Kate refuses to divorce because her mother worked way too hard for this and her parents are bankrupt. Kate was never sick because there would be leaks from nurses, even anonymously. Also if she was in a coma. Her kids would throw a temper if they hadn't seen their mother for so long and talk or cry about it in school. Also her sister is enjoying a nice vacation in the carribean. That's something you wouldn't do if your sister was seriously sick or in a coma. I think she's hiding from the public because the media softlaunches the divorce (hence the recent articles about Rose Hanbury). And that's why she simply doesn't want to do any public engagements. It could be ANYTHING....a) On the low end of scandal : She really is just recovering from abdominal survery and chuckling at the media flurry, b) On the middle end of scandal: She found out that William and Rose Hanbury are carrying on with the affair. She goes nuts. There's a physical fight. She's putting up a stubborn fight like Diana did in hospital, depressive clinics etc, while the Palace figures out what to do about impending separation and divorce, c) On the far, cuckoo end of a scandal: Prince Charles has died and they need a distraction while the whole Palace figures out what to do. It could be ANYTHING. The point is that people just LOVE to talk and be in the middle of intrigue.

My first thought when I heard she had "abdominal surgery" was uterine prolapse. After all, she had 3 kids in an extremely short time. All it takes is stage 3 or 4 tearing on that second or third pregnancy to fuck up her body completely. And of course, the royals would never announce such a thing so they would euphemize it as "abdominal surgery" and then cover it up. Or maybe she had a late-stage miscarriage or medical abortion on a fourth pregnancy due to previous damage. That being said, fuck the royal family, fuck the bourgeoisie, and why the hell is anyone still enabling and buying into this institution that is little more than a relic of the most brutal empire in human history until the USA?

No annoying "royals" anymore that live in them, you see. So you charge the tourists & you don't have to pay the puppets, win win. By the by, those tourist in London don't come for the royals, they come to see the red coats in the black hats. To stand next to them & try to get them to smile. The tourist that visit the UK are more likely to have a positive view because of the series on the Beeb. The British royal family DOESN'T pay for itself, all the people in the Commonwealth who pay their taxes, pay for them. Byebye" It is indeed likely that it is something as simple as OP says, something uterus related that the palace is too scared to share, oh my goodness, they are human!!! Don't forget this is the same family that let family members DISAPPEAR because they were handicapped. But they are so far up their backsides, that they ignore everyone who's asking a simple question: Where's Kate, where are the children? None of them have been seen since Christmas 2023. And that picture wasn't a picture, it was a collage of earlier photos. People are simply asking for PROOF OF LIFE.

I wonder if Thomas Kingston's "suicide" might have been part of an ordeal with William and Kate. Could Kate have cheated with Thomas Kingston? It's not likely the Prince cheated with his cousin(Kingston's wife). Is the Rose pregnant cheating story to distract?. Was Kate shot in the stomach in December? Was she pregnant by that guy and forced to terminate? Did Will catch them and shot Thomas and they are saying it was a suicide? Is Kate too distraught to be seen? Just don't get why that guy would kill himself... Kate's sister's ex boyfriend....but maybe Kate liked him too. Then Charles comes out with a cancer diagnosis....is that to distract? Does he really have cancer? Harry comes for only 45 minutes to see his sick dad or was it just to make an appearance for a charade or to tell info? I honestly think kate was killed in December by William after finding out she was having an affair with Thomas. Thomas was later killed to shush him up and made it look like a suicide...or he was too distraught over her death. I think the William cheating could be a smoke screen. They will come out saying Kate had a complication from surgery and died is my guess. Maybe being kept in a medically induced coma....but....Kids not in school since December? Pippa didn't wish Kate happy birthday in January? That's what makes me think she died in late December. Whats going on??????? No reason Kate can't make an audio statement.
