You don't agree with it because it's usually white liberal women behind most of this. That is is a fact. They get indoctrinated at university. I'm sure you've heard by now that there are more women than men at university. But the women there are mostly enrolled in all these *studies, communications, or other liberal arts programs where they either get indoctrinated full time or part time by their courses. Then the other young people have to go along with all of this because if they step out of line their careers or future careers will be ruined. I would say there are more liberals afraid to get cancelled and lose their friend circle than there are actual totally indoctrinated crazies out there but as more and more people go through university every year this will eventually change. The internet is full of videos where they stop people on the street and ask about if the ethnic costume they are wearing is cultural appropriation and if it's a young person the answer is usually yes, but if they ask someone who is actually from that country, who speaks with an accent.. The answer is no, you look great.. Or something else like that, said with a big smile. This idea of cultural appropriation is ridiculous. What about all those people who eat hamburgers or even run their own restaurants serving hamburgers in other countries..oh yeah that's right, it's not cultural appropriation because Americans have no culture apparently...

Nope, she's not smart, she doesn't know what she's talking about and neither does Piers. Piers' family may not have owned slaves, but they benefitted from slavery. In 1833 the British govt took a loan of £20 MILLION (£2.1 BILLION today) to compensate SLAVE OWNERS for loss of "property" . The loan was paid off in 2015, the repayment burden was shared nationally, because, slave owners paid TAXES and amassed PROFIT. The funds were used to build infrastructure; roads, railway, canals thus creating new towns and employment opportunities, schools, universities, hospitals, new inventions, buildings e.g the National Portrait Gallery. We are still benefitting from the infrastructure to this day. Sadly, the descendant of slaves who immigrated to the UK also paid back this loan!

@whatevs17009 ай бұрын
White Australian here. Sounds like you are doing better than me… I only have 1 house and 1 car. I also work hard and nothing has ever been given to me. Everything I have I earned through hard work. I pay a lot of tax and a big part of that goes to disadvantaged people (which I don’t mind)… including Aboriginal people who get a big slice… where they need it. I pay 47% on income earned plus 15% on most things I buy… plus a Medicare levy… plus a fire levy… and it is damned expensive to live in a capital city… I barely make ends meet…. I don’t feel I owe anyone reparations… I have never done anything bad to anyone and neither have my ancestors going back 400 years that I can trace… most were dirt poor struggling to survive, hence they emigrated to Australia in the late 1800s in the hope of something better. My ancestors were colonised by the Romans, the Vikings, the Germans, the Agles, the Saxons, the Normans, the British, the Russians, the French, the Spanish, the Turks, the Swedes…. And more I’m sure. I am likely to be the progeny of rape back in the day. You and I are really not that different, just that your ancestral trauma is a bit more recent. Although you at least get to live in your country of origin. I am European background and the European landscape sings to me… it is my natural homeland… but I have no chance to go and live there… I feel displaced… I understand connection to the land because I feel it too. I am discriminated against these days when applying for jobs or promotions… they always put white men last. It is even clearly stated in company policy and training that we must put others first. If they have an opportunity to employ anyone else they will. I am so sick of the race hustle and people just wanting free shit for laziness. I especially hate it when they lump all white people in together as though we all owned slaves and we are all so wealthy… when the majority of us are struggling as much as the next person. I am glad you are doing well and that you are succeeding in life. Shows what a positive mindset can do. You can be proud of what you have achieved… and I suspect that is more satisfying than anything else. 😊

Amala! Finally a biracial woman on this panel who is not afraid to call out Markle on her behavior. It was never about Meghan’s race, it was about her behavior.
@cinnamonstar8089 ай бұрын
Cute but that is not reality. 1. Facts. White people are WHITE, because they are white I need you to overstand and understand what I just wrote. 😂 Amala is wearing our uniform but she is not our soldier. Not all biracials are the same. Ámala is hand raised by a white woman. (Solo )her mentality reflects her upbringing. Meghan Markel is raised by a black woman. There is a difference🎉 Megan’s mom: told her she is her daughter Amala mom: told her she was Black White people see Amala through their culture and social eyes. 👀. = political white only represents white. So black skin will also represent black though. But that is incorrect. People are raised in different culture around the world. 🌎 African woman or Asian woman will not have the same cultural norms as a white woman. Even inside the same country, you will have a variety of views based on local culture and languages. - you are wrong to assume she is the same as Meghan. Ditto: China 🇨🇳 will not think the same way the West thinks. Because they are Chinese. Culture + environment plays a part in your mentality. For example the “ belt and road initiatives “ can NEVER comes from a white mind. Nothing in the culture permits it Nothing in Amala upbringing permits non racial impartiality thinking. 1+1 = 2 Amala is from a white woman. Literally. When Amala speaks 👄 but her mom is talking. Her diatribe for black people reflects her culture. Excuse her brown uniform
@lekis59759 ай бұрын
What behaviour, can you cite examples? I can tell you for a fact it was about race, as evidenced by the straight outta Compton comments. Meghan didn't grow up in Compton or anywhere near Compton. The Compton reference was a dog whistle, an attempt to infer that she is ghetto, because she's part Black. Rachel Johnson called her exotic, a racist attempt to OTHER her. Yt people act as if they are the standard, and non white people are "exotic". Pathetic mentality. Rachel Johnson also talked about how Meghan s blood would thicken the royal blue blood, yet no such comment was made when Kate married William. The comments towards Meghan were R ACIST, and only a r acist person would argue otherwise. You have the audacity to claim her behaviour was untoward, untoward in comparison to whom, the adulterous, pervy royals? Was it untoward in comparison to Kate,whose clothes were always above the knee? Kate refused to wear weights in her head resulting in her dresses flying up to reveal her bare behind. To this day Kate can't even make a coherent speech, for years she has lived off taxpayer money without making any contribution in society. I could go on. The attacks on Meghan were racist, and when called the racists started claiming she was just too American... xenophobic much?

Slavery STILL exists in our modern world in different countries. Children are STILL sold by their parents into dreadfully cruel lives where they remain completely trapped. Adults and children are STILL trapped in dreadful conditions as manual labour slaves. Both adults and youngsters, mainly female are STILL sold into sexual slavery forced to work every day as prostitutes even here in the UK, they are tricking into travelling for a well paid job from abroad, then denied access to their passport, living in too much fear to try and run away. The millions of adults and children trapped in slavery now deserve our help, not families upset about slave ancestors from 200 years ago. It's outrageous slavery still exists.

The UK is in serious trouble you have two men who equally hate the native British people and the United Kingdom the slight difference is the native British guy is eager to take away all the wealth from the native British folks who's relatives allegedly obtain all their successes wealth , properties ,institutions and establishment off the backs of the trans Atlantic S trade . Not only that the native British guy is claiming that africans built all the monarch's and aristocrats magnificent castles and country manor homes and are even claiming that they built all the beautiful cathedrals across the UK along with other famous landmarks and historic architecture and he is claiming that the royal family , the aristocrats, inventors and the movers and shakers ( the men and woman who helped mold modern day UK ) the church of england , the universities , families who founded establishments and institutions never made any contributions to the uk or abroad and they never created or generated wealth and that Africa and africans are the only people who built and designed every , castle , church , and institution in the west and that Africa was the only continent in the world that was creating, building , creating and generating wealth and the uk basically walked in conquered the country with out the people putting up a fight then took all their wealth from the country . Then a hundred years later the uk welcomes them into their country , gives them equal rights and going a step further by introducing affirmative action giving them an advantage and a easir opportunity to get into the best universities, and landing higher paying jobs based only off of their identity and not their qualifications ,skills or experiences, they are allowed to have their own all clubs but made it illegal for whites to have their own all clubs and have used their R card to get into every institution and establishment that was created and founded by Europeans they also continue to tear away at Europe and the UK demanding the demolition of British and European men commerative statues honoring the achievements of the uk and European countries and now are accused of being of crimes and are judged by modern day standards and has their statues are deconstructed up pops a statue of a modern face that represents the new UK and European countries who are busy replacing the old images with the new faces . It also seems they have turned their attention to European royal family's and the monarchies they have got a strong foothold in every institution and establishment in the UK and across Europe but that isn't enough they are coming for the royal families and the monarchy's they are demanding that the royal families faces change to represent modern day UK and and or Europe countries. And while the British native guy is more then willing to give the other guys people everything their heart desires. He just doesn't realize just how much hate and content the other guy had in his heart towards the natives and once you give them everything on their wish list and the power and control of the uk and European countries you will no longer be of any use to that guy that guys goal is to dominate and rid the world of uk natives so he and his lot can rule, become the king and take possession of all the things your country built and created .

I'm probably more conservative and traditional in my thinking than most as I don't believe biological males can ever be females and vise versa; the trans agenda should never be encourage and forced upon our children; families ideally should consist of a father and mother raising children together in a household. @lyndonstucker710 You need to educate yourself as clearly you have no understanding of History and economic. The royal family set up the RAC (Royal African Company) they had a monopoly to ship slaves from Africa to the Caribbean and the Americas for over 92 years! They made a huge fortune and became rich on the back of slavery, hence they are being told to pay reparations. Slave owners paid taxes or invested their profits which funded the industrial revolution from which Britons benefit until today. When the British govt abolished slavery in Jamaica, the slave owners were upset at the loss of their property. *In 1833, the government took a loan of £20 MILLION (more than £2.4 BILLION in today's money) to compensate slave owners*. NB SLAVE OWNERS received compensation but slaves and their descendants weren't compensated. The debt was finally paid off in 2015 (HMRC sent a tweet!) using TAXPAYERS money. If Piers Morgans ancestors never owned slaves, why did the Govt make him and his family pay back that loan? All Britons paid back that loan, because their ancestors and descendants were a beneficiary of the slave trade thanks to trickle down economics! Slave owners were the Zuckerbergs, Bezos, Bill Gates of their day (BILLIONAIRES). Their taxes and profits built roads, rail, canals, new towns, schools, hospitals, buildings, funded inventions which the country benefits from till today. All in all slave owners paid taxes or invested their profits which funded the industrial revolution from which Britons benefit until today. The worst things is, *the descendants of slaves* who live in the UK also contributed to paying back that debt. There is no proof the royal family brings in a lot of money in tourism. The Top 20 most visited tourist sites in the UK, include the British Museum, Tate Modern, Tate Britain, Stonehenge etc None of the royal palaces are ranked in the top 20 tourist sites in the UK! Also, I suggest you look up the France Haiti debt indemnity controversy*. When *Haiti gained independence in 1804, France demanded an annual payment of $150 MILLION francs from Haiti, in claims over property - including Haitian slaves - that was lost through the Haitian Revolution in return for diplomatic recognition*. The debt removed *$21 billion from the Haitian economy. The 1st annual payment alone was 6 times Haiti's annual revenue*. The payment was later reduced to *90 million francs in 1838 ($32.6 BILLION in today's money). The French government finally acknowledged the payment of 90 million francs in 1888 ($32.6 BILLION in today's money). Over a period of about 70 years, Haiti paid 112 million francs to France ($560 million in today's money). *Over the 122 years, between 1825 and 1947, the debt severely hampered Haitian economic development as payments of interest and down payments totaled a significant share of Haitian GDP, constraining the use of domestic financial funds for infrastructure and public services*. Europe benefitted greatly from slavery. You need to EDUCATE YOURSELF, get the FACTS and stop arguing based on sentiment.

Following that logic, I can have multiple claims to reparations from Italy (former Roman Empire), Turkey (former Ottoman Empire), Austria (The Habsburg), Russia (USSR), probably even Mongolia. Today they monetize the Roman Forum, Topkapi Palace, Schonbrunn Palace and Kremlin by turning the suffering and oppression into entertainment and tourism.

I don't support financial reparation for the past. One cannot rewrite history. There is a case to be made for returning stolen property that currently sits in British museums and elsewhere. One needs to remember that much as the Royal Family is swimming in untold wealth, the consequences of slavery perpetuate down the generations. People who didn't get a chance to build a nest egg in today's world of short money can't get out of poverty. See the results of residential schools in Canada. They remain hideous decades on.

Amala needs to be on every single one of these panels! I’ve seen her on Dr. Phil, Piers, podcasts, and KZbin and my goodness is she the voice everyone needs to hear right now AND the fact that she is as young is she is gives me hope for our future! ❤️

Dude, Amala has some serious balls. She once faced a mob of angry teenagers in a collegue that were protesting her, and faced them, and talked to them. That was really dangerous, and in reply, next time the teenagers protested her, they just insulted her in chalk XD and didn't appear at all. XD

A beautiful sensible fair-minded intelligent woman who loves her white and her black parent equally. Impeccable behaviour manners and brain. Way out of stupid spoilt p.harry.s league..a credit to her upbringing and her own superior quality. The waybthose two idiots silenced her with their rude behaviour was appalling. They iwe her an apology. She never raised her voice once. Poor piers. Insulted beyond belief. They owe him an apology as well.

@@elainedoornbos3566 You are the reason why this BS even exists. Those who have the accountability are in the grave already. Liability dies with the sinner. That is how law works you dum dum. Feel free to dig some ancient graves in the middle of nowhere. As for those alive today, nobody is liable for sins their ancestors did. In the whole human history, full of conquer and wars, everyone's ancestor is killing everyone else's ancestor. There is no end to this BS. That is the problem everyone else has with this stupid idea.

I was born in 1947 and when I was old enough to take a bus into a place where all the stores were! When I walked on the sidewalk a black person would step in the gutter! A Major store had black and white drinking fountains! This was in the 1950’s!! When I look back at that it was horrible for the black people!!

This is how far the pampering of minorities in the Western world has come. Never-ending disproportionate demands based on arrogance, victimhood, sheer laziness and not taking responsibility for one's own doings. Instead, the blame for one's own failures is placed on others. When people get used to preferential treatment, equal treatment seems like discrimination. " Dr Thomas Sowell

Ms Ekpunobi is such a breath of fresh air. She is obviously proceeding from a place of great intellect and great emotional intelligence. Her parents have obviously raised her to NOT be a victim but to be a positive and well considered person who is aware of her own power and strength. Let's hope she has her sights set on politics because THIS is the kind of person who should be leading the US. More commentators like this lady, please.
