They are still very much in love and I for one will be wishing them a very happy 13th anniversary tomorrow on the 29th of April. Could do without seeing her, she wanted out, let her be out, but since you've raised the subject.... Most adults working in media or on their own channels are busy with several projects at the same time, plus family. Several platforms. There are projects being designed, projects in action, and projects being finished, otherwise you wouldn't keep the money coming in. I can only deduct that either MM is too lazy to keep working productively, or else she actually spends her days trawling the internet obsessively to find out what people are saying about her and others, hence her inability to work the way most others do. Alternatively, she has a more "hidden" occupation that eats up a lot of her time. That's about it, really.
