Kate & Faith Chicken (KFC) - Challenges Faced By Single Mums (PART 2)

Kfc (kate n faiths chicken )
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs and breast
Corn starch flour
Bread cramps
Buttermilk
1 egg
Black pepper
Paprika
Cumin
Garlic powder
Chilli flakes
Barbecue spice
White pepper
Salt
Strawberry bacon salad
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
White onion
Strawberries
Bacon
Black pepper
Olive oil
Lemon juice
METHOD
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper and paprika. Cook in an oven for 45mins - 1hour at 200°c. In a bowl mix the buttermilk and egg. In another bowl, mix a cup of all purpose flour, a cup of corn flour and a cup of breadcrumbs. To the flour mixture add all the other spices and salt.
Let the cooked chicken cool, dip in the butter milk then coat in the flour mixture and deep fry for about 7 minutes or until the chicken golden brown.
For best results, the oil should heat to about 375°c.

Hey Kate and Faith....you guys are amazing. So am a single mum with a 4month old baby, I was literally 'introduced' to the family so some of those close family members are my friends. We had a disagreement before I found out I was paged and things got pretty messed up when I was 8weeks pregnant. I don't really like drama so I left things to unfold in God's timing. I have learnt to move on with my life without him, whatever he contributes that's what I take. We do talk me sina ubaya and we decided to coparent. The only problem I have is anaanza kujileta back... Trying to act nice calling regularly telling me to keep him in mind but mimi rada zake nishatoka. What can I do? I don't want to get back with him but at the same time want what's best for my baby
