You can use a serviette/napkin to apply margarine to the pan. You don't have to get your hands oily hivyo vyote.

For all those asking about the forgotten ground nuts, you can actually add them in the batter. You can use which ever nuts you like walnuts,almonds,hazel nuts etc 😊

Tip: Don't use a mixer once you put flour because it toughens the cake. Rather just fold in gently with a metal spoon.

But you need to buy an oven thermometer for you to get the right temperature, because I find oven calibrations are different for different types of oven .even the timing sometimes is off.
