You're an inspiration! My parents don't know yet about me being gay. My friends know and are super supportive. My dad would probably be great with it, but I'm terrified of my mom hating me or kicking me out. She is just weird about gay/lesbian people. I'm hoping to gain the courage to tell them. Unless my child does pure evil...turns out to be pure evil (and maybe not even then)...I would never ever be able to not have a relationship with her. And I am a practicing Muslim. So this is really not necessarily a religious thing. I love my child unconditionally...and I am sad when I hear parents disconnect like this. I mean...what do you gain from this?
