This is an individual sport, but one of the galvanizing points for me was the way her teammates were so engaged with her routine, one, I am sure, they have seen many times. @@Mr.Helper. so there are different levels to gymnastics; levels 3, 4, 5, and 6 are compulsory levels, levels 8, 9, and 10 are optional levels. level 7 is an optional level with certain compulsory skills required on each event. and the elite level is for athletes beyond level 10. there’s also college gymnastics that many elites drop down to after injury or growth spurts or a simple want to be in a less toxic environment but still do what they love! 😊

Do to bullying and her losing love for the sport she decided to walk away from elite gymnastics when she sustained some bad injuries. Most of y’all probably already know this but katelyn is such an inspiration because she was on her way to the olympics before competing for UCLA but she struggled with anxiety and depression and competing at that high of a level sucked all the fun out of gymnastics people called her “too fat” or “too big” to be competing which is clearly not the case at ALL katelyn is gorgeous and super talented so to see her so happy and actually enjoying the sport that she loves and also slaying the fricken game just makes me so happy and inspired because from just watching this video alone and seeing how confident she is In her own skin I could have never have guessed she struggled with confidence issues in the past or just mental health as a whole also when watching u can see her teammates supporting her and it’s obvious that her energy affects the entire team in a positive way and that everyone loves katelyn idk it was just so cute and shows how loved she truly is her story is so amazing and I can’t wait to see what she does next. !!!
