7 years post op. vsg i lost 166 pounds kept it all off. I am age 64.. i was in my 50's when i had my Sleeve done then 2018 had 5 pounds plus belly button removed due to serious infections!! I am proud of you!! vsg Gave me back my Health!

I’m glad I started watching your videos before my VSG surgery. I’m a little over 2 months PO and I’ve lost 50 lbs. 100 more to go. It’s been a struggle breaking eating habits but I’ve dropped my binging for sure. I’m glad I can come here and have most my questions answered with your videos. 💚

🧡🎃🧡 so glad you have come back! Can’t wait for a new haul video too. I just had my 6 month post op appt and was so surprised how much I started comparing my journey with others the week before and really had in my head prior that the doctor was not going to be pleased with my progress. But she was and happy with my progress and I have had to really work on not comparing. Everyone’s progress is different and so are our bodies! Best of luck to everyone on this journey!

Your very Wise..You give Good Information,, we each as well have to find what works for each. Of us.. i myself lost a hit to much.. but will keep it this way Post op 7 years.. lost 166. Pounds.. i am 115 pounds a petite7-8.. prior i was 285.3 i was a 3 X.. 26-28.. i was on a bunch of meds ..only on Thyroid meds.. armour thyroid.. i am age 64 i am 5"2.. i came a long way!

I don't. I was really bad at taking it for some reason. You'd think it'd just be another pill I'd take but trying to remember to take it three times a day just never happened and my blood panels are good so I stopped.
