Third scene was filmed in Moorpark, California, where I'm actually at right now. That spot is about a mile up the road from me. Behind the Charger and on the opposite side of the street is the Moorpark Train Station and its mulch-covered parking lot; ahead of the Charger at the light is the post office, and if you turn left there you can go to Ralph's and CVS, or on the other corner you can get some bomb Mexican food at El Pollo Corona. For a show that takes place on the east coast, a lot of filming is done in southern California.

Kate says to Abby in Kill Ari that Ducky is going to see the tat on her butt. Abby was the one who talked her into it. But they never actually say what the tattoo is of. Personally, I find it strange that Gibbs does the head slap thing to Ziva, when he NEVER did to Kate. I thought it was a woman thing, until Ziva came along. Very suspicious...
