just from a young farmers perspective, cows milk isn’t full of hormones - we’re organic free range dairy farmers from the lake district - the most nutritious natural milk you’ll find x - absolutely love your channel though

​@@lucyc3634 I'm talking about local organic farming,, I live in a community where farming is part of many peoples generational identity, and while I avoid dairy, drinking milk from a super local farm where the wellbeing of the cows is ensured is just about the most ethical way you can consume dairy. The cows that don't produce milk are not killed, they live out the full course of their life, not to mention the calves are not ripped away from their mothers as I see them feeding in large paddocks from their mothers udders. Many milk and soy alternatives can be even more highly processed and harmful to the impoverished communities manufacturing them, if the products are imported.
