A good range of exercises there. However (8:48 +) the tip about keeping your elbows in line with your shoulder for OHPs risks injury. Your elbows should be in front of your body otherwise you'll be grinding ligament against bone. And (10:12 +) the elevated side planks look very precarious - just do them on the floor using your elbow to raise you up. You can then move up and down, do thread the needles as well to get a more dynamic exercise.
