I'm sorry. This song was never intended to be performed as an opera selection. It's like as if someone tried to sing "Music of the night" as a country ballad- just doesn't work.

Eh, it's nice and she has a beautiful voice, but that particular song just doesn't sound right handled like an operatic piece. It was a little girl's song about her ideal, perfect world. This version has none of the innocence that Judy Garland put into it, which made it so popular.

Willy S You absolutely hit the head on the nail 😃, I’ve listened to this song a few times with Catherine sing and I don’t buy the comment that because it’s a young girls song, that an adult shouldn’t be singing is rubbish. As mentioned several adults have sung this song before. What like is that Catherine has made this song in her own style. Her voice is easily on another level’. She makes each note effortless. Even a blind man would feel her beauty . I’m not into classical/opera music at all, [i do enjoy Vivaldi’s Four Season’s] however I just love her voice and beauty.
