Dashain is Nepal's main festival which is celebrated 15 days (10 days are important days ) to remember the victory of goddess durga against the buffalo demon (good against evil) which happen during 10 days, Goddess durga had to change into a different goddess every day for 10 days and on the 10th day she won against the demon. for 10 days we go to 9 different temple around bhaktapur city ..

Festival Time, and a major one. In a few days everyone will rush back and then the city will be welcoming another festival of lights. That's how it's always been in Nepal. They go to villages for Dashain and come back to city during Tihar.

You should have visited northeast india region. Its next to nepal its alot different from mainland india in cultures, languages, people(east asian looking people just like nepal)and and beauty. Its also known as 7 sisters of india. so if you have the chance do visit the states like meghalaya( it has the cleanest village and river in whole asia). Nagaland( it has the largest church in asia) . Arunachal predesh( state with one of the best wildlife in india) or sikkim( known for India's buddhist state).

Can you answer this? So much of industrial pollutants is released into river bodies especially in developing countries. How are you drinking and bathing the same water? Ashes of dead and wood are anyway natural and it gets dissolved into 5 natural elements of earth where water is one of it. Also, answer this. Someone from somewhere comes and dips you in water and you dedicate your life in service. Is that into service of god or of that person? What makes you get this confidence that it is for god? When those who dip you live in mansions where as you continue to live where you were living but this time with higher excitement.. Food for thought my friend.
