I think this is the real Kathryn we didn't get to see ... I also don't think people realize the reality shows we watch are heavily edited for the purpose of gaining viewers ...

P La - we need not pretend that the media is to blame for exposing that Kathryn was in a dark place by choice. She did take heavy substances and therefore could not do right. She was not misunderstood at all because she didn't see that it is wrong to make love to your partner's friend Whitney and relative Shep, while you are having kids with him at the same time. She has done so much good now by getting the help she needed. Let's hope she remains strong so she can enjoy raising her babies safely.

Nope. She was a horrible spoiled floozie with a drug habit and on her way to becoming a full blown alcoholic. She slept with anyone and everyone, all with an eye towards who had the most money and best social standing. She’s been a total embarrassment to her family name. Having children has certainly brought out her better qualities not to mention her cast mates coming to her aid. Hanging out with a better group of friends has helped her clean up her act. Hope she stays on this path because her children need her.

No she hasn't got natural prettiness. She needs that makeup big time, because the real her is totally different. White short spaced out eyelashes yet hair is red. A good dose of freckles. If you rewind this video there is a chance to see her freckled shoulder and dry scratched arms and hands. So she needs a lot of foundation even for hands.

Kathryn needs to have better hygiene discipline: clean face before going to bed, right moisturizer, treatment for severe acne, cleaner hair, less eye lashes, more natural looking makeup to make her youthful rather than a middle age model. Get her go to gym or yoga. Even the kids hair look dirty. Her hair color is too dark and lifeless. A great hair stylist/makeup artist in San Francisco (Navid) @ Cozza can help her look her best.
