Hi guys, you got it right. The scene is about the hero defending the place and people who live there. The hero says to his friend, "Here, hold on these bunch of coins. Whenever I flip a coin and you hear that, you turn off the main power and then in the next time you hear, you turn it back on". This movie is about a story of a person who fights on behalf of a village people where a big MNC tries to extract the underwater from the village, which the village people believe may lead to dryness of their land and no water to use for agricultural land. Hero acts in double role. The person in this scene escapes from the jail and replaces the softer one who is the actual one who fights for the village people. Hope this helps.
