Katie and my self make a fruit smoothie together one night.
Ingredients:
About 1 and 1/4 cut of water - organic juice would have been better...
About 1 cup each of frozen Cherries, Mango and Pineapple. As you’ll see, we used a scale. If you have one then about 140g each.
3 pitted dates to sweeten.
And that’s it! No sugar, Stevie, coconut sugar or anything else!
