Could you put this uncovered outside?
@mikethames3072
@mikethames3072 Ай бұрын
You can but not sure how long it’ll last outside. Use sand, not water as it might freeze depending on where you live. Also, I’d recommend having in a covered place if possible.

I'm plannign on buying a standing bag instead of a hanging bag because i dont have a bug house. But i dont know if theyre hard enough for hard strikes...

I was thinking of getting a free standing bag since having a traditional heavy bag isn't an option. My cousin is always against the free standing bags because he feels that's for little kids or women but this one you are showing makes me want to buy it

Thank you for the video. Would you happen to know the difference between the regular Wavemaster XXL in the black, blue, and red color as opposed to the one called the Wavemaster XXL Ghost edition ? (which is white). Both models look identical, but the Ghost edition is almost $200 or so cheaper. Can't figure out why. Just because of the color ?

Thank you for this review! Very helpful. I am in the process of buying Wavemaster Freestanding Bag. Only thing is I don''t know if I should go with the XXL or the 2XL Pro. With the Pro, of course it's newer. But with the XXL, I can get it for $100 less with discount code. Plus, I love the Ghost all white version of it. If you have any thoughts or opinion between XXL and 2XL pro, please let me know. Also, I'll throw in the Torrent T2 pro in the mix as well and would like to know your thoughts. hehe. Thank you in advance!

@@BobRoss-wm3lc I got the Wavemaster XXL Ghost White. IF you can wait, hold off on buying until July as they had good sales last year so maybe they’ll have it again this year. I filled it up with small pebbles and it is very stable. I linked the video below where I got the idea from. Hope this helps. kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4LNhIujibd0rbM

FYI, A cubic foot of water weighs about 62.3 pounds when the water’s temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit. A cubic foot of sand weighs between 90-130 lbs, depending how dry it is. Wet sand is heavier.

What kind of bag and how hard do you kick?? lol. I have this filled with 250lbs of sand and roll it around daily. I can side kick and know it over. I’m surprised it hasn’t broke yet but it’s taken some abuse.

Seems like the WaveMaster has more wiggle room with the base flat on the ground compared to the Torrent T2 model which appears to be less stable.

Hi sir. First and furthermore let me just say Great 👍🏽 video. So my question is sir. If you decide to keep water inside of your base during the winter time. Will the base leak from freezing 🥶 over? Thanks 🙏🏽
@mikethames3072
@mikethames3072 2 жыл бұрын
It doesn’t get freezing in my garage so it’s never been and issue. If we do use it in freezing weather it’s only for like an hour or 2 so not long enough to be an issue. Put a thermometer where you plan to keep it. If it does drop to freezing use sand or empty the water.

Thanks for the info, you've most definitely saved me a lot of money. Also I don't know who needs this, but I'd like to bless anyone since you've blessed me, Jesus christ loves you and gave his life on the cross so we could live and have a relationship with god. All we have to do is recognize our sins and ask for forgiveness and believe in jesus christ his son.

Debating between this bag and the torrent t2. Do you know how they differ?
@mikethames3072
@mikethames3072 3 жыл бұрын
I don't know. Looks like the T2 might have a narrow base and bring a little of the weight up higher. This seems like it'd bring the center of gravity up and make the bag more likely to tip over. The base is also slightly lighter when filled. 250lbs compared to the XXL of 270. IN actuality though, it could perform quite well. Not sure why century would have two bags that would compete with each other so I wonder if they say which each is best for.

@@TravelingThruLife Honestly bro, I was all in for the wave master., torrent.. Me personally I came to the conclusion that if I was getting a freestanding, I was gonna fill it with sand and be done with it. I ended it up getting a hanging bag. but I have a BOB and realized something, if you get the wave master, fill it with water, and get at least 4 60pound sand bags and line them up on the back of it, you get cool recoil and it won't move as much. You'll still adjust it, but it just feels so right. CHeers.
