Katie is most famous for appearances in The Apprentice, I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! and Celebrity Big Brother. She has written columns for newspapers such as The Sun and Daily Mail and also stood as a candidate in the 2009 European Parliamentary election. Only 22% of judges in high courts and above are women. Is this not proof enough women and men are not equal. Also what is wrong with celebrating women and their victories!? For so many years women faced prejudice and couldn’t vote, international women’s day can be a time to reflect on sacrifices people made for how we live our life now.

Regardless of whether you think women are oppressed now or not, historically they were. They didn't have the right to vote once. So it's fucking common sense to celebrate the fact that women ARE equal now, because in the past they weren't. By your logic, we shouldn't have memorial days for soldiers or the fucking holocaust because it isn't happening anymore. What? No.

OK so ur saying women are too emotional and shouldn’t be allowed in the army? Just to let u know there are more male suicides than women suicides so. Also as judges are a job where large decisions are made, they earn a very high pay, they are also undemocratic as they are not voted in, which is why it is male dominated. The legal system is still highly dominated by a white male elite, and this needs to change - also feminism is needed to help countries across the whole world!! And finally, feminism is about equality, why would u not want to support equality for men and women, like are u ok lmao

@@hannahmarlow3814 Women certainly did not have equal rights during the 2 world wars. I am sure they were not happy about the fact that only men were subject to conscription. Also, I am sure they are not happy about the maternal preference rule in custody matters and are doing a lot to try and change this. A further thought: Maybe women would like total equality, I mean total absolute equality, where, for instance, they compete against men on an equal playing field in ALL things, including sport!

Equal rights is what feminist look for not special treatment. As a women who's forced to live in the Middle East and banned from traveling without a guardians permission. I think the feminist movement is far more than the narrow perspective of Katie's daily life and a maternity leave, which is given to single fathers nowadays btw. However, I fully support her version of feminism as a strong working female.

You’re the kind of person that feminism can work wonders for then if you’re in the Middle East. You are the women of the world that are oppressed because of your gender. Squealing white women who get offended when a man opens the door for them and calls them ‘honey’ are not. That’s why we take issue with third wave feminism. Because it doesn’t do jack shit for the women that really need equal rights.

I'm all for equality. Have women register for the army at 18 years old so when a war breaks out they get sent randomly along with men, and also go straight to the front lines in war since we're being equal. I'm also for women not being the first people to get off a sinking boat, it should just be random since equality right? I'm also for women playing half the bill at dinner. Also for women to ask men out to a dance like prom or engagement for wedding since equality right? Also for men to get child custody at the same chance a women does since equality right? Also for women to open their own damn door to a car, for a women to work in construction and sewage plants and other dangerous jobs that men do. Also for women to keep up with men in the workplace as means of production. Also for men to be in the kitchen cooking and cleaning and the women going out working since equality right? And for a women to endure the challenges of being a man and how tough it is to make it through a day without makeup or friends to tell you nice compliments without being called gay or insecurities of the male body and how they strike harder on men than the do on women. Because yuh know...equality right? But no, those feminist pieces of shit march for women's day and they blame men for this and that for things that happened a hundred years ago and they complain but they don't don't want any of the "MALE PRIVELAGES" I stated above, they just want the good parts of being a guy and special treatment. THAT is why everyone should be against that diabolical treachery called feminism.

PolarBearTV lol, being a woman isnt exactly easy either.. i doubt youd like to be get painful cramps and bleed continueously out of your private parts a couple of days Every month, be expected to look like pretty and to be classed as the dumber, less able sex, be judged for literally anyhing, from the way youre dressed (conservative-frigid, or if youre conservative because of your religion, coz youre a muslim girl, well then youre a bomber, oppressed, and uneducated and if you arent conservative in the way that you dress, then youre a slag and deserved to be spoken to and treated like one (spoken down to, literally asking to be raped, basically someobdoy to look down to), tbh if youre a girl, therell always be people who will call you a slag, no matter what you do, plus youre judges for literally everythung you do and boys literally cant do owt wrong, to the point that the president of the united states of america has been accused of rape, speaks about women like they arent worthu of any respect at all, beacuse they are women, women are seen as lower than men, but feminism is mostly about women being paid the same as men for equal work, being treated with respect and not being looked down on all of the bloody time,

PolarBearTV to be frank, youve never been a girl but you obviously know everrythung that there is to know about being one lol, and the fact that you cant acknowledge that men have more priveldeges then women is a male priveledge, you should have a conversation with a feminist or two, you might learn a thing or two about the other sex.. not saying it isnt difficult being a guy, it is hard for them, they do have struggles, but dont undermine struggles that women have to deal with day in day out because of a lack of knowledge on the matter hun

PolarBear or why not say no to war.lets just sack the government off.trade and use resources fairly.the nasty dangerous jobs be paid well.still keep some elements like men be gentlemen and women self respect and the feckless fathers just stop being shamed by the decent hardworking men who bring up thier children and stop expecting women to parent children alone.how about rights for men and women.

Katie is not a feminist she doesn't need to be, she is equal to any person man or woman in courage and ability, in fact she exceeds the abilities/courage of the majority of people. Well done Katie, you'll do for me.

I absolutely love love Katie Hopkins, should be more ppl like her. Why do British ppl get so easily offended? I really am interested. I have never seen ppl getting so easily offended. It is your decision to become offended but it only feeds the media. Most of the "offensive" stuff are so trivial, petty and ridiculous. It's like they those ppl do not have enough to do and are looking for something to get offended by. I'm from South Africa and I do not understand this.

@@agathapoirot5373 Hate to point this out, but you've just started a sentence with "me" too. Technically you should have used inverted commas to signify a quote. It is grammatically incorrect to start a sentence that way, I concede. However, it is commonly used as seen in the "Me Too" movement. Perhaps you should contact them, I'm sure they would love to be made aware of their crime against the English language. Word of advice though. Just make sure your wording is perfect as it might get embarrassing for you.
