I was in London for a week in 2013. I went back in 2018 for the NFL football game Philadelphia Eagles vs. Jacksonville Jaguars. The amount of women in burkas was insane. Jet black burkas with a thin slit for their eyes to see. Every street corner, there they were. In 2013, I saw maybe 3 or 4 over a 12 hour day. The increase was astronomical from 2013. The hotel staff told us that petty crime is rampant around Hyde Park. They ride by with 2 on a scooter and the passenger snatches cell phones from unsuspecting pedestrians who are standing curbside while on their phone! Wake up people.
