I think 10:28 is very important. Sometimes you just have to pretend there’s a crowd supporting you. You have to create situations in your head where you can zone out, to stay inspired and powerful. Katie provided a glimpse of insight as to how her true mind works. This is why athletes are so good and resilient, they create a beautiful world in their head. A comfort zone, whatever you want to call it. And when things are hard, and when things are on the line, some times you just have to pretend and make believe. Apply this however you feel necessary because it’s a very powerful and silent tool that can immensely alter your trajectory

My daughter turning 7 next month is the same tell her once next thing she starts doing it. Already swims 100m with easy in under 3 min. Have to drag her to the pool, but once in the water have to drag her out as she just does not want to leave the pool.
