Actually, I think the song is really about how there's not really a black and white. The lyric says that the difference between right and wrong is as fine as a spider's web and is therefore very fine and delicate. It's easy to cross from on into the other without knowing. She's actually saying that it's not as simple as a dualistic interpretation of the world. There's always more than two sides to a story, after all.

It encourages these two races to work together because when they do, something extraordinary will come out. Even though to the eyes of everyone, these will just be two races, the work produced will look like it was put together by a million different races.
