@Brian Abisdid Apparently you are highly tuned into ESPN's hiring process. I'm not aware of them giving anyone shows based on looks. She's been a good sports personality for awhile now, she has a following and ESPN hired her. You saying she was hired based solely on looks shows you aren't informed about her history and also kinda maybe exposes you and your bias towards attractive women. Attractive women can talk about sports too. If you don't like her you have the option to stop watching and commenting on her videos. But you also have the option to dislike the video and make comments that show you might have a issue with attractive successful women. In my personal opinion I find her hilarious, at times she brings a goofy quality to sports. Which desperately needs it because fans tend to take sports too seriously, as if they're actually winning the games. I like sports shows that have a like satirical comedy in it. Katie Nolan has alway provided that in her shows. I know people might find this episode "cringy" and I know it's ridiculous to have a segment centered around stacking donuts but isn't it even more ridiculous that there's even a world record for it.
