Katie Price has her own rules as she is so special and above the law. The courts have been way too soft on her up until now. The ordinary Joe would have been in jail a few times by now as she has disobeyed the laws many many times with just her driving offensives, drug taking and her bankruptcy and failing to pay her creditors. Her animals that has died in her care through neglect, from running onto the road and her daughters puppy in a recliner chair. I know there is even a petition to stop her owning anymore animals.

KP has more lives than a cat, I think judges are wary about sending her to jail due to the impact it would have on Harvey as he dotes on his Mother, then there's her other young children too, and not forgetting Princess & Junior. Bankruptcy is not a crime, breaking conditions surrounding it are often tried on civil courts, and very few people actually end up in jail.
