Timing beats speed always. Especially when it's a dedicated body attacker like Serrano. This training footage shows that Taylor has virtually no defensive qualities about her. Serrano utilizes her footwork, power punching and defense in her training camps. The slipping punches and blocking in the mit work with her trainer Jordan Maldonado. Taylor is all offense when she trains. That's a big mistake against a counter puncher like Serrano. One extra lingering shot in a 6 punch combination and Serrano will counter with a killshot and it's lights out because Taylor does not know how to move her head and that body is definitely there to be hit all day. This will be the female version of Amir Khan and Danny Garcia.

I've noticed that U.K. fighters have good to great offense but lil to no defense. I'm a do more research on it cause I don't see much defense just a lot of offensive work. Its not bad work I would just like to see more defense work from U.K. fighters like you see from american fighters. #NBBC #NBBC4EVA
