I’d never been one for Womens boxing, BUT I came across the rise of Katie Taylor from her becoming Undisputed World lightweight Champion beating Delfine Persoon twice,up until last night beating Chantelle Cameron in there re-match becoming Super lightweight Undisputed World Champion aswell making her a two weight division Undisputed World Champion! Katie is without a doubt a Raw talent & a force to be reckoned with, She’s achieved so much in her career like headlining shows & being the main event over Men! & I can honestly say now that there are some Women fighters I would rather watch than some men💯 I would definitely say Katie Taylor is the face of Women’s boxing along side Clarissa Shields! But there are also some other amazing Women talent in the likes of Alysia Baumgardner Clarissa Shields as iv already mentioned, obviously Chantelle Cameron & I also think Savannah Marshal is up there too. So it’s hard not to notice that Women’s boxing is on the up & becoming bigger & better very quickly & in some cases bigger than a lot of men’s bouts. & like Eddie Hearn has said in the past its only gunna keep on growing & becoming better & better, There is a lot of Women’s talent out there at the moment BUT i would say that Katie Taylor has definitely paved the way for Women’s boxing BUT I can’t leave out Clarissa Shields who is also an amazing talent & advocate for Womens boxing also, Katie & Clarissa are both the G.W.O.A.T.’s of this era!!

As an older guy I have seen women's sport over a good few years. Not been particularly interested in the the crap football or boxing. But the football has improved massively, still a good way to go though. Now! I was amazed at the quality of this fight. Technique was excellent. Stamina superb. Immense bravery. I really enjoyed it.

Camerons jab wasnt aloud do its job for her by Taylor and in close Cameron was smothered by Taylor and so couldnt land. No home decision nonsense just good tactics in boxing. I'll admit the stats are not reflected in one Judges scoring 98-92 is ridiculous.
