A hugh giant in the movie world. What makes it so magical is his beauty on the inside and out. He has made so many beautiful movies such as Bridges of Madison County, Mystic River, Unforgiven and Josie Whales. He is a magnificent producer/director and given more than any other will ever do. He is just beautiful to watch and I believe has a genuine honest and good heart. God Bless You, Clint. Your fans love you 🥰🤗

9:34. Wow. Katie called Every Which Way But Loose a Clunker? The Movie was the second-highest-grossing film of 1978. The Critics didn't like it but who cares. The public loved it.

Mr. Eastwood in a comedy! Oreo's and that damned harry ape come to mind! Right turn Clyde! Even the villains were hilarious!! I'm not going to be hitting you with my face! Even the music score got your attention. Waa waa da waa da. Announced the bad guys were there! When is a sequel coming out! I'd love to see it! (2019)

When I saw my first CLINT EASTWOOD-movie "TWO MULES FOR SISTER SARA" at of the age of 12, I was pretty much, like his French adversaries, BLOWN AWAY. And from that moment on, that spellbound first encounter with his stunning portrayal of "that Hogan guy", I became more than a bit dedicated and truly loyal to EASTWOOD"S Body of Work over the years. And someone as Legendary AND Influential as CLINT, who made only TWO films who were less than average ("Sudden Impact" and "Tightrope") deserves

When you listen to Clint getting interviewed you realise how different he is to most other 'stars' of today. He gives full answers to questions, he doesn't swerve a single one and doesn't bother about what people think of his answer. 'Stars' nowadays are literally terrified to be asked certain questions because they're terrified of giving the wrong answer. You can see them trying to work out what they should say so as not to upset anyone or any particular group, be it gays, women, disabled people, Democrats, Republicans etc, etc. It's just laughable that people have become so affected in this way. Long live auld 'squint' and people should be more like him!

I would never ask Mr. Eastwood to repeat something from one of his movies, (go ahead, make my day, do you feel lucky, etc.) What I would ask him is, If you could do something to change this world, what would it be? Hope he lives to be 115 years old and still in good health. By then I should have died and not experience the loss. Mr. Eastwood, thank you for all the wonders of your movies!

Well, concerning Katie Couric....well I was taught that "if you don't have anything nice about someone, don't say anything all." So I won't say anything...at all. Clint Eastwood, on the other hand, is a tremendously talented actor, director and producer. Love his movies!

Why does CBS coddle Katie Couric? She is a terrible interviewer, her interviews are very elementary because she does not have depth. Couric seems amazed when one does not see things as she does; she is naive and pathetic in my opinion. I think I just answered why she was the chosen one to read the CBS Evening News.

@KajiCarson Actually, if you're reffering to the academy awards, one director can only have one film up for awards if he releases 2 films in the same year, they chose the changelling - I personally preffered gran torino, but because they picked one doesn't mean they snubbed it.

@joe1969812, he's like my uncle, though my uncle is 74, he can still bench 275! (he is on record as the country's oldest active firefighter at 64 before forced retirement). It gives me hope, especially since we'll have MUCH better medical and workout techniques by the time we're hitting 80, which I assume ranges anywhere from 10-60 years (54 for me)

a little bit more CREDIT. CLINT should've ignored that "Go ahead, make my day" plea altogether and give her one of those priceless Walt Kowalski grunts, which made GRAN TORINO such an unforgettable experience to watch. "GET OFF MY LAWN, MISS COURIC!" "OR YOU"LL BE WEARING YOUR ASS FOR A HAT!" (But ofcourse Clint wouldn't do such a thing in front of a Lady. He's too much a GENTLEMAN. Ask Maggie, Sondra, Francis, Dina...)

Couric is too much of a square to be conducting a twenty-minute interview with a reflective filmmaker like Eastwood. Indeed, she comes across as a house wife who won a chance to interview Clint Eastwood; if you're really prepared, how do you not know the title of a film that you're referencing? By the way, Eastwood directed his first film before he ever played Dirty Harry, the title is "Changeling," not "The Changeling," and Eastwood doesn't direct "blockbusters" in that sense of the word.

She really is annoying. She is not respectful to the people she interviews. In my opinion. I have never understood her appeal. No offense to those people who like her. I just don't. Mostly because she COMES ACROSS as if her opinion is the only one that is important, I am saying "comes across" because I am only forming an opinion. I am not an expert on her. Just every interview I have seen her do, she COMES ACROSS as if SHE is the person interviewed.
