For the window above the stove, you should get one of those window cling things. They're great for privacy and come in different colors and patterns (also, they have ones that when the sun shines it makes rainbows😁)

I forget which pup you said that has hip issues but maybe putting in some runners in the house would help from prevents some slips? I had a big dog that had sensory issues and I laid out long runners and it restored his confidence walking on non carpet surfaces.

Great idea with the turf outside! I feel like an office corner can be set up easier somewhere else in the home than a workout area. I personally would choose an exercise room. Congrats on a new fresh start! ❤

The vanity drawers in the guest bathroom wasn’t a “you had one job..design fail”. You’ve got to shut the door as one would usually do to open the drawers on that side. lol
