Katie, without exaggeration your restorations are so so satisfying! I adore wood furniture as you do and watching you bring each piece back to life brings me such joy. It is good for the environment and proves that furniture that already has lived for 50 years, in the right hands can live for another 50 or more years. I love that you are a woman of vision sewing beyond how pieces first present. After ALL of your hard work, you then style the pieces furniture catalog style. What a talented woman you are!!

10 out of 10!! I love the way you presented your video. You get to the point and show each step clearly. I love the way you prepped before each step. You took care of the piece and the interior. That appeals to my perfectionism. I have seen many videos where people have great ideas but don't finish the job well. You turned a grotty neglected piece of furniture into a beauty with the yellow colour. I would buy it. That's my internal test. Would I buy it? Its a big yes because I can see you really took care. Its a happy piece. Thank you so much for sharing. Love from Germany.

Yellow is my favorite color yet I have not brought much of it in with my decorating. I had a small side table that works well for my husband’s nightstand. I painted it an off white except the top, which had candle wax stains, sticker goo...I painted a faux granite finish on the top instead. So fun!

Everything you do comes out beautiful including this nightstand. I think the squares on the drawer naturally lent themselves to painting each a different color like a gradient of yellows or all different bright colors. I also would have used glass knobs.
