​@@KatinaEatsKilos-- Late [07/2023] congratulations on this breakfast Challenge victory. *")* 1.) *_Dutch Baby_** --* I can only assume that the bananas and strawberries were/are a required part of the Challenge. Because otherwise, the best/standard way to enjoy the Dutch Baby is with whipped butter, lemon, and powdered sugar. 2.) *_Apple Syrup_** --* The above being said, the Apple Syrup (&/or other Specialty Syrups) also goes well with the Dutch Baby; though in very small amounts, as to not sosk/overpower the Dutch Baby itself.

Loved to see this, used to eat at the first O.P.H. in Portland, OR. Have had both the Apple Pancake and the Dutch Baby, and both are daunting on their own. Good memories! BTW, a piece of history, if you wanted to dine there on the weekend, the wait was regularly an hour and a half. Kudos to the Original Pancake House, their dedication to quality and ingredients has always been impeccable.

I've been to an Original Pancake House location in Bethesda, Maryland. I got the Cherry Kijafa crepe which is the dish right smack dab in front. It was soo good! The Keafa is sweet. Gives a good balance between the slightly tart black cherries.
