This bag is totally rock chick chic! I'm so happy you love it, it really is a great all-rounder. The ONLY thing that could improve it, would be to have a slip pocket on the back. When I bought mine with the SHW I actually went in to buy the So Black but the CA said if I was planning on using it a lot to be careful in case the powder coating chipped. Now I've had it for almost a year I'm soooooo happy I went with the SHW. 🤩🤘🏼

@@KatL Just received the puuuuuffer bag from selfridges - it’s gorgeous and squishy - I love it. It holds all my items from my small puzzle bag, I think it’s capacity is slightly less than the small puzzle bag.

Hi Kat, that same thing happened to me when I made my first purchase through the company. My credit card company flagged the purchase and then texted me to confirm it was me. I confirmed and it was still declined. I reached out to customer service and they were wonderful and just said they ran it a second time and it went through. I’m guessing this is an issue they will need to fix eventually.

Thanks for sharing!! i thought it was just my credit card company. I believe they have not enhance their platform to cater for 2-level authentication which is required by banks. Which is probably why it gets declined. Oh well!

At first the bag seemed too slouchy for me and was afraid it would look so worn out. I got a pre-owned one 2 years old and it looks so nice still. I love how ageless it looks, i think it'll be a carefree bag! I am eyeing the C19 but i'm a bit hesitant because i know i will be really careful in using it and somehow it looks so busy too me with the bulky chain and huge CC. So this puffer is a win for me!♡

This was an excellent review. I have the YSL Niki bag and the magnet is also super strong. I was worried that the leather would pull away over time so I put two layers of clear tape on it to break the connection a little bit so I don’t have to pull so hard to open it. It’s an easy fix and can be removed so no worries about resale value. I’ve had my eye on the puffer for awhile and plan to get the black on black sometime soon. TFS!

I had this bag and loved the squeezabilty of the bag. My main complaint was the corner wear that happened with very little use. I had the all black...I miss the feel of the bag itself. I did go on and bought the chanel 19 and it's no where near the same puffy/feel and much more subdued.

I also got a black one last month and have been using it, u have exactly express how I feel about the pros and cons about this bag...😉 Another thing is when I put on my sunscreen on my body like hands and when my hand touches the bag, it have some white patch on it... Haha, well it doesn't really bother me that much.

I have the same problem with sunblock. I had to purchase special cleaner for my car because the same thing happens to the inside of the car doors and actually on the outside too! Very annoying, but I have to use sunblock.

I absolutely love this bag, great review !! I have it in the small soft cream colour with the cream hardware and it's so beautiful. Only downside is that it is calfskin so it doesn't feel as luxurious as the lambskin.. I'll definitely be adding the black in my collection the future.

Hi Kat 👋 I have this bag in medium size. Yes, the magnetic closure is so strong which can be difficult to open. I put a layer of sellotape (cut it to round shape) to cover one of the magnetic closure to loosen the grip a bit. Try that ☺️ Btw, love the leather, so hug’able 🥰

Good idea about the sellotape. I shall copy it as well. My bottega magnetic closure has the same problem after 3 years. I never have to worry about pickpockets as it wasn't the easiest bag to open. Lol

I looked for the cream one today while at Nordstrom but they were sold out. I tried the smaller version in a beautiful grey, but it doesn't have the double chain, so it's no. I also went into Chanel but they only had the white 19 in the medium and that's too big for me. So no bag purchase today, only a pair of white Chanel sneakers! Yikes!
