Love the LV/Dior-inspired keychains. I have two eyeglass cases wth hooks that I attach to my personal size backpack when traveling and I would so use these little cases. I usually fly Spirit or Frontier and am able to sneak a few more items on the plane by putting stuff in the containers without making my BP any bigger or heavier.

Not sure if this is what you meant by the shampoo bottles holding 3.5 Oz and just not filling them up all the way, but it doesn't matter to TSA how much is actually in the bottle. If it says 3.5 Oz they may not allow it.
