Hi. To me it looks like the CV settings. I believe that this set has 3 decoders, one for the motor and others in the driving cars. Personally I would be inclined to reset the decoders to see if this solves it. If not then the CV for the motor decoder could have the direction changed. This is straightforward using decoder pro and you can also tweak the settings for the lights at the same time by putting the whole set on the programming track. Hope this helps. Regards

I've checked & and double-checked the cv settings, and it doesn't make any difference. I use decoder pro for this. Unless there is a cv I'm not familiar with?

Have you still got the problem? I had the same issue. One option i believe is to turn the motor car around in the consist or turn both light decoders in the driving cars 180 degrees but the motor car method should work

Does the same thing happen when reverse the train but at the other end? All i can suggest to find out what decoder is in it and check the settings on line.

In reverse, it only shows red lights?
