I agree , I gave up on Baizhu after losing 50/50 because I was so burned out grinding 172 wishes for Neuvillete, and didn't even feel like touching the game for days. I wouldn't want Kato to feel the same resentment towards the game .

Furniture chests on Tsurumi Island might not be giving primogems but they give you furnishing recipes for free which allow you to build up your Teapot score faster. Plus by picking them up you will never need to wonder again whether they're "useful" chest or not. And they count towards the area percentage so you'll not need to wonder if you cleared the island yet or not.

This reminds me of the 3.8 banners. I wanted wanderer after getting kokomi, so I grinded for primos on his banner and lost the 50/50 to Diluc. I kept farming for wishes and did abyss, story quests, and even the desert quests. He FINALLY came home at 53 pity on the last day of his banners. Congrats on Ayato, may he do you good damage.🎉

"Do you use the Teapot?" Every single day! It's my most anticipated update. For a quick way to get ranks, fill rooms in the mansion with the liyue screen. They offer a lot of points for not much load so you can stick a lot in rooms, that'll get you a lot of coins to get recipes/gift sets/furnishings/Transient Resin and more. but yes the teapot is my favorite non-combat feature in the game. I have a lot of fun building stuff either on my own or what other teapot creators have made and tutorialized for us.

Damn this reminds me when I tried to pull on yelan’s first banner. I grinded for days on end for multiple hours without breaks. And I didn’t have many chests in my world because I practically explored mostly everything at the time. To the point where I even started doing all the hangout quests to get yelan. And I did all of them and got a 5 star…….it wasn’t yelan but keqing. And it broke me, I got so mad that I stopped playing genshin for weeks cause I was so burned out from grinding and didn’t even get the 5 star I wanted and was forced to go to hard pity 😭😭😭 So I feel for ya kato, take a break and enjoy it cause the grind can really do a number on ya. Congratulations on getting Ayato! You worked hard and it paid off, definitely worth it if you ask me. Great episode, was really fun to watch. A similar thing happened to me last winter. I started playing Genshin Impact during Ayato's previous banner and wanted him SO bad, so I started grinding like no tomorrow. Eventually Ayato did end up blessing me with his presence, freeing me from Aether's, Amber's, Lisa's and Kaeya's clutches, who to this day are still level 20.

You reminded me of my time when I was new to Genshin and Ayato's banner was up. I was like "he's so gorgeous, I want him in my team". But that time only 8 or 9 days were left for the banner. I really spent a whole week trying to get easy primos and did single pulls. A friend recommended to try ten pulls. Thankfully he came home 2 days before the banner ends and that's how I became an Ayato main. I manage to get 30 more pulls and tried on Raiden's banner and get her at 10 pity then I spent the remaining to his weapon who thankfully got it also. Anyways, nice video and you've got another subscriber!

I love the game so much but I got burned out after Inazuma and Sumeru felt so overwhelming that I stopped logging in. I did the chasm archon quest and it took me almost 3 hours without skipping dialogue. It was really good, but it was so long! It's been also fun to do my standard banner challenge along side this since I'm at the point where I have good characters, but no synergy whatsoever. Recently got Tighnari, but also Kaveh and unfortunately the latter is not being built 😅. The hardest part on my standard is the fact that Kujou Sara is my only electro character and all my healers don't react with dendro (Sayu, Jean, Noelle). Currently running a Spread/Aggravate/Burning team with Collei, Tighnari, Kujou, and Xiangling. It sort of works, but not very well. I'm thinking of switching Xiangling with Sayu because of how Sayu's infusion works. Congratulations on the Ayato! Hope you have a great rest of the year (and new year)!

But I agree the filler can either be taken out or replaced with better content, like in the newest there was a whole scene walking around asking fontainians and Charlotte about how they felt about the flooding....when we didn't even really get a scene with Furina at the end of the quest.

I do use my teapot because there are a lot of primos tied to the teapot for example the furniture pack things where you place down the pack and then invite the characters and they give you 20 primos each, that stacks up fast with the amount of furniture packs they have. I also use it because of the achievements that the teapot has, I also use it because of the friendship points that you get for the characters in the teapot, I have used that to get the name cards for my characters. (I don't have all the character name cards but the name cards I do have were gotten from using the teapot!)
