Set Bonus is really important. I don't have his set ready either but I gave him my HuTao artifacts, Shimenaua, and he does 40-50k and the last hit does 70-100k. The team being Shene R1, Kazuha and Bennett. Oh, and I almost forgot, Normal and E skill are still at lvl 7. I just unlocked Apep, I didn't know it was behind Nahida's quest. I plan on double crowing him, maybe triple, we'll see.

For the rotation, if you wanna get more or less max dmg on wriothesley national, you can do, bennett, q, e, wriothesley, q, na, ca(to apply cryo), kazuha, hold e, q, xiangling e, q, wriothesley, e, then just normal attack, and use his charged attack when he falls under 60% hp (and try to melt it if you can). Of course though, this is just if you wanna maximize his dmg and be a sweaty gamer lol

Also i forgot to say that while Wriothesley's c1 is very good it absolutely isnt necessary for him to be strong, people are vastly overstating it just so they can shit on hoyoverse and say they're scammers trying to force you to pay money for character cons. If anyone's constellation is like that it's Hu Tao's c1 which fixes the worst part of her kit that makes her clunky and un-fun to use, which is needing to jump cancel charged attacks to conserve stamina to maximize damage output which is annoying af. Wriothesley's c1 is not that kind of game changer for his kit.

The secret to getting his weapon is to have your friends make fun of you for being a triple crowned C1 risley main without his signature and get your ego bruised to force you to pull. That's basically how I got his signature at 20 pity. And may I send you my artifact luck, getting a 70/215 crit ratio was a pain.

Scaras weapon is his 2nd best, and can sometimes compete with it. Also for his rotation you might wanna do some NA's to apply cryo so kazuha can swirl and give the 40% increase from the vv set

I just got wriothesley on 30 pity as a f2p, it was my 1st 5 stars and the 50/50 won (ar 26), how it happened was I was pulling with 2000+ primos because I couldn't overcome my gambling addiction. You should probably do a rotation like this : Wriothesley NA Kazuha E Benett Burst then E Kazuha burst Xiangling E then Burst Then you can demolish then with Wriothesley There is probably a better rotation but I don't know Wriothesley Cryo application at all, double swirling might be hard
