To commemorate the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, DOTD is releasing a series of short videos featuring employees who were on the ground and worked tirelessly on recovery efforts. Some of those same people continue to help Louisiana move forward today. This second video focuses on the I-10 Twin Span Bridge.
