I find it really tacky when I see AI generated furnished houses online. Half the time furniture is not to scale and looks really obvious.

Not in the state where I live, the house is a booming and they don’t stay on the market so be careful who you’re talking to Florida sucks nobody wants to move to Florida. That’s why the housing market is dumping come on be honest.

Also, you have to highball the houses. If you don’t people will lowball their office. This is really silly advice. If you put a house in for 1 million you’ll get the 850 come on this is like basic knowledge never ever listen to real estate people all they’re looking out for is for their commissions they want you to sell the house at the lowest amount of money stick to your guns. Don’t listen to these silly people they don’t know shit!
