I’m actually not sure. I would think there are some apartment complexes that would accept this. I would find one you like online and call them and ask their specific policy.

I’m looking at Houston suburbs in areas that I’m hoping don’t flood, get hurricanes or tornadoes. Lol😂…I may have to leave the state! I’d love a near by community college and hospital. Which suburbs have Community colleges? I’m mostly looking at Montgomery, Conroe and Cypress. BTW, I am a California licensed Realtor.

I’d look in Conroe, come join our team! We have lone star college, Sam Houston medical school, and 5 major hospitals within 5 miles, lake Conroe, the national forest and right next to all the shopping in the woodlands
