When I first started the game, I saw Thief and his flashlight ability. I had just came from DBD, I saw he had a flashlight ability, and I was like I can be a Nea but in IDV! I was so happy. A tip I have, is bring pallet strength as Thief. Try to stun a killer with a pallet, then shine your flashlight at them. When you get the pallet stun, the flashlight stun is guaranteed. It makes it such a long stun, wasting so much time. We love thief! Edit: You don’t NEED pallet strength, but it does make the stun longer, that’s why I use it! You don’t have to tho. 😉❤️

This is why I love thief and main him, and draw him, and ship him with best gurl enchantress. ÙwÚ also thief is a good rescuer cause if you’re close enough to the hunter with the survivor you’ll have time to get next to the chair and flash the flashlight at the hunter’a face, it’s good cause you won’t get hit and it’s good cause you can body block, having him with with coordinator is also good, cause once she uses her gun, she get a new item quicker cause of thief. Thief is o and I love him more than I love myself

I've been playing thief since I started, all I use. I've done so much 200 second kites. Flashlight can easily conquer open areas where a normal survivor would be suffering in. Easy to move to kiting areas. Even if you're not stunning if that hunter is moving back and forth to dodge they're not catching up, and if they don't dodge its an easy stun. Fast decoding when you're not kiting, and super fast mantles with pallets.

Everyone saw it coming. Hear me out on this, 36 thief. It doesn't take a lot away from his kiting potential and second rescue is too OP. Bodyblock with flashlight spam gives the rescued surviver so much distance between the hunter.

My opinion : in sever Asia i am top thief player but they know how to counter thief by using the skill holding trick to avoid the flashlight and if u think that thief can be meta is hard if they dont work with skill holding trick

But for rank match it's rare for a blood queen or feaster or dream witch or ripper (aka the most op hunter on the game) that have teleport skill on early game for counter thief which is why thief was still pretty good for kiting

Good idea but if DW was using Patroller she would’ve hit you multiple times (one doggo with the normal form and once with her follower = Guaranteed KO with or without flashlight) And Blood Queen yes could work but sometimes the hunters hitbox get absurd, you were so close to her she could’ve hit you (Ik it was planned from your part and you didn’t die but sometimes the game counts hits from way further than what she missed) But HECK YEAH, THIEF IS OP! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 (Love your commentary btw)

I agree that theif is good and fun to play. But the reason he is underplayed from what I've seen is the fact that the hunter can zig zag the flashlight making it way harder to get the stun off. I play theif too and I'm not saying he's bad, I'm saying he has a really evident weakness involving the flashlight. The only consistent ways of stunning is when they are in the successful hit cool down and when they are breaking a pallet. Sorry for the essay amount of words! Dont take my name seriously! XD
