Yeah coz it's 2008 & Los Santos has been updated to 2024 now... & we never see how Liberty look like in 2024

@@didid3ksa Yeah I mean gtav was heavily focused on maps & graphics in order to make it feel more natural. Also there were leaks that we were gonna get Liberty City dlc but unfortunately cancelled in favor of gtao
